Chris Sonksen is founder and Lead Pastor of South Hills Church in Corona, CA and has an exceptional ability to inspire both secular and non-secular audiences.

Under his leadership, South Hills has experienced phenomenal growth in just ten years from a handful of people to nearly 3000 in attendance today.

Chris has a magnetic, captivating and humorous style for motivating and inspiring all audiences. He has spoken to thousands of individuals both nationally and internationally and there is no doubt that, by applying his teachings, his audience will improve the quality of their lives!

His vigor and talent for energizing audiences everywhere has enabled him to share the stage with such celebrated and motivational giants as Rudy Ruettiger (the man behind the Tri-Star motion Picture “Rudy”); Coach Bill Yoast (the man who’s life inspired the Disney movie, “Remember the Titans”); Dan Reiland and Tim Elmore (both served as Vice President to best-selling leadership author, John C. Maxwell); and Wes Beavis (entertaining, heartwarming and inspiring author and founder of “Powerborn”).

Chris is the founder of Higher Ground Resources and Real Church Solutions, two organizations with an unwavering commitment to excellence in all things, teamwork for a common purpose, lifelong personal growth, adding value through every available means and developing leaders to their fullest potential.

He is the author of the book, “In Search of Higher Ground -Climbing Instructions for Those Who Want to Reach the Top”. He is currently writing a new book that takes an inside look at some of the greatest heroes of our past and present and the daily practices and habits that took them from good to great.

His audio teachings include:

It’s really great, as a NexGen leader, to have a blog like this to get answers from. I like using your teachings and insights to improve my leadership in the direction i know South Hills is going.
